Criteria for Selection
Eligibilities
- Any Vietnamese individual between the age of 16 and 23 years old may apply for VACG.
- All projects have to take place in either Ho Chi Minh City or Hanoi.
- Projects can be on-going but no more than half-way through the execution phase at the point of application.
To be awarded the grant, a project should meet the following criteria:
● The applicant has a clear definition of common good and vision for how their project enables them to enact this definition;
● The applicant has appropriate qualifications for the project and has to guarantee to commit to pursuing the project;
● The project is feasible, with a specific step-by-step and executable logistical plan, within the financial constraints of the grant;

● The project has clear aims and specific goals that can be evaluated upon completion;
● The budget is well-reasoned, clear and thorough for the purposes of the project;
● The project is socially, economically and environmentally, sustainable;
● The project overall fits in with the goals of the program.
